What is your tenant screening process?
We believe that the tenant background check is the most critical aspect for making the whole property management experience be successful. Our 4-point background checks on each tenant 18+ years of age that will be living at the property including detailed nationwide searches in the following areas:
- Criminal & Sex Offender Registry
- Credit reporting (credit history, foreclosures, and evictions)
- Housing (housing rental and/or ownership with landlord or bank references)
- Employment (verification of pay stubs and/or tax returns)
We know that our efforts will help minimize the owner’s risk because we are recommending qualified tenants.
