Our 4-point background checks on each tenant 18+ years of age that will be living at the property including detailed nationwide searches in the following areas:

  • Criminal & Sex Offender Registry
  • Credit reporting (credit history, foreclosures, and evictions)
  • Housing (housing rental and/or ownership with landlord or bank references)
  • Employment (verification of pay stubs and/or tax returns)
