Both have exceptional backgrounds in customer service and customer retention. This team is passionate about people and will take care of your properties as if it were their own.
Glynn spent 25+ years in the corporate world and succeeded as a Product Manager for new product development projects in the HVAC, Airline, and Oil & Gas industries. He earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from SMU in Dallas and an MBA from the University of North Texas in Denton. Theresa has over 28 years in the Servicing Mortgage industry from handling escrow and private mortgage insurance to default management. She earned an English degree from the University of Texas in Austin.
